Jishaku 'Of the Steel Sand' Inazuma (DONE)

While alive, the Third Kazekage was hailed the strongest in the village's history, and Sasori claimed that he had trouble killing him. The Third possessed the unique ability to convert chakra into magnetic forces. With his research of Shukaku's powers, he crafted his own version of "sand-manipulation", the Iron Sand, by combining his magnetic force control with iron powder; this was the main reason why he was considered the strongest Kazekage there was. His magnetic control also granted him immunity from all metallic weapons, as well as the ability to nullify opposing puppets by clogging their joints with sand. With this "sand", he could make any weapon to fit any occasion, thereby making this a very versatile technique, and Chiyo considered to be the "most feared weapon in the history of Sunagakure".

Now Jishaku's affinity with electro-magnetic chakra is much much stronger than the 3 Kazekage's. He is the Marvel equivalent of Magneto when it comes to control over electro-magnetic forces. This gift also seems to be related to his over all physical health for when he is sick or injured his control decreases, but if he is using LRA or Gates, then his control magnifies. This control is so strong that techniques that only require him moving the sand cost no chakra at all. Only the ones that require him compacting the sand cost chakra. This also allows Jishaku to form magnetic repel barriers that makes it to where no metal, electricity/ lightning can enter that field. These magnetic fields also protect his sand being used against him by Fire for the heat is reduced, and lighting attacks are negated. He can also sense people by the iron in their blood, and if they get too close to him, he can even remove the iron in their blood and make them die within a certain number of posts.

-All of the attacks that say 'harden' or make the sand denser, makes the steel harden to the strength of Titanium.

Description: The user creates up to 20 shuriken made from steel sand that are launched at the target. Jishaku though, can mold his steel sand to a razor-blade thin steel shuriken that are as strong as titanium, and make the spin with tremendousness force. This makes his sand shuriken technique much more deadly than Gaara's ever was. He can also manipulate these shuriken as he sees fit without the cost of extra chakra and even after they are thrown. He can even re-mold them to their previous state of being steel sand and using them for other attacks. He can even increase their speeds to tremendous speeds and also turn them into 1m diameter saw-blades.

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can cover themselves in a compacted layer of steel sand, providing an additional defense. This is very easy for Jishaku to do because his body is naturally magnetic. So the steel sand automatically clings to his skin. All he does is mold it. This is always active and costs no chakra to maintain, but this is what makes him the same speed and strength as A. If he were to remove the armor, he would be much faster and stronger.

Description: This creates a curved shape wall of sand to come up from the ground around the users vacinity, the restriction is only 10 meters away from the person using it. The shield is capable of withstanding considerably strong attacks and projectiles, and can be hardened to a point where it's as strong as titanium. It can be defeated by avoiding it completely with extremely high-speed attacks, or merely overcoming the shield with incredible brute force. For this jutsu (like the rest of Jishaku's steel sand jutsu) only costs chakra when he as to harden the steel ever further than it already is. For merely juts manipulating the sand doesn't cost any chakra.

Description: The user creates a copy of themself out of sand, although it lacks color and is immediately recognizable as sand. This means that it is almost useless as a decoy. Unlike most bunshinjutsu, the clone still retains its shape after it is struck, and can even ensnare whatever comes into contact with it. Also this clone (sense it's made form steel sand) is hardened to the point of being as hard as titanium.

Description: With the ability to control sand, the user encases the opponents in a large amount of the sand, immobilizing them. It can be used to suffocate an opponent or in preparation for a deadlier technique, the Sand Burial. This jutsu costs no chakra to use due to Jishaku being able to manipulate the steel sand without exerting chakra.

Description: After wrapping an opponent with steel sand, the user will cause the sand to implode and crush whatever is within. When used to kill a person, the death is so quick that there isn't even time to feel pain. The pressure also produces a sizable fountain of blood. The user can control the pressure used in the attack, which allows them to either break bones or completely liquefy an opponent. Due to the steel sand's density, this technique can shatter virtually any substance including diamond.

Description: An alternative to Sand Coffin, the user simply gathers metal particles from the earth and makes it come down like a rain, targeting the opponents from above. To make sure the rain hits its mark, it can be combined with Sand Coffin to immobilize the target. This again takes no chakra to use for it is just merely manipulation of the metal particles.

Description: This creates the cloud of steel sand behind the user rather then over head. Several steel sand bullets will erupt from the cloud and bombard the opponent at once. These are much thiner and faster then those used in Sand Shuriken and are hardened to the point of titanium. These can easily rip through flesh and bone and even stuff harder than steel. The velocity of the bullets are also increased to the point of breaking the sound barrier. This is an extremely deadly attack.

Description: Using the ability to manipulate sand, the user will loosen the ground below the targets and cause them to sink three hundred meters into the earth. By being imprisoned at this depth, the pressure will completely nullify their ability to move. Also, the pressure resulting from being buried at such an extreme depth would surely kill any normal human, if not from suffocation.

Description: This jutsu sends a massive amount of steel sand towards an opponent in the form of a wave, covering and "drowning" them in an ocean of steel sand. In addition to the wave effect of the jutsu, The user can control the sand, allowing him to attack his opponent while they attempt to outrun the wave. The jutsu is so powerful as to be able to change the landscape into a miniature dessert. It will smother and bury any one who is caught in it, though it is quite easy to come back up from this burial. This is also just pure manipulation and doesn't require any chakra.

Description: Following Steel Sand Tsunami, the user will slam both hands palm down into the sand, creating powerful shock waves that compress the sand. Anything buried in the sand is subsequently crushed. The compressions also creates several small scale earthquakes. This is so powerful that it can crush diamond. Anything caught in this attack will very likely die.

Description: The user surrounds them self completely with a Shield of Sand to guard against attacks. They can then use the Third Eye to watch an opponents' movements and control sand as necessary to battle them. In addition to being extremely dense, this sand-sphere can form spikes from its surface to spear any would-be attacker. This technique also makes the sand shield as strong as titanium.

Description: This air defense technique creates a giant shield of sand that is suspended in mid-air by raising a great amount of sand from the ground. By gathering metal minerals, the hardness of the shield is considered to be very high. Furthermore, the sand has its defensive strength raised by flowing chakra through it. It is the strongest of all sand defenses usable. It is also extremely large, form a circle shape of about 300 meters in diameter.

Description: This uses an enormous quantity of sand to completely envelop the target from every direction and capture them. This allows the user to fine-tune the sand's properties to the size and characteristics of the target. No matter if the target is on the ground or flying in the air, it is almost impossible to escape from this technique. However, even if someone successfully escapes from it, it is easy to use one of the offensive techniques, like the Sand Coffin, to immediately attack the target.

Description: This technique was developed by Jishaku after seeing Earth Dragon Bullet being used. He forms a dragon head and flows a river of his steel sand at someone. This creates a surface that makes it nearly impossible to dodge the coming attack. He then launches a 3ft diameter ball of steel at his opponent. This projectile travels as fast as a normal canon projectile does. This is an immensely strong attack, and will can be even more devastating if he hardens the projectile to the strength of titanium. If no hardening is required, then this technique doesn't cost chakra. He can fire multiple projectiles consecutively.

Description: This technique is a lot like the mist technique in that it covers the area with his steel sand. This Sand Storm isn't very special and takes no chakra to cast. This is mainly used to obscure the view of the opponent and also used in conjunction with other attacks. Covers an area of 100m radius.

Description: After preforming the 'Sand Storm' technique. This technique will allow Jishaku to create hundreds of titanium strength needles all around the opponent. As the needles fly with tremendous force and speed. Sense they form quickly, fly fast, and are so close to the opponent, it is extremely hard to not get hit by this attack. Due to the needles having the strength of Titanium, they have yet to find a material that they could not penetrate (except for diamond).

Description: This gunshot-like attack uses Steel Sand, hardened into microscopic grains as strong as titanium, to attack simultaneously across a vast range. The bullets are so fast, they're difficult to see. From the moment the user has finished preparing the attack, evading it becomes extremely difficult. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the bullets is rapidly increased after they are shot. Furthermore, the user can also use an attack pattern where the Steel Sand bullets are shaped into sharp needles, increasing their ability to wound or kill the enemy. Since the Steel Sand has a magnetic force and is defending against this technique is almost impossible. This technique is especially threatening to puppet users, since the puppets can be rendered immobile, if the sand gets lodged into their joints.

Description: This technique gathers a great volume of Steel Sand and compresses it into a high-density shape. This greatly increases the hardness, creating a gigantic titanium-like weapon in an instant. The weight and size of these shapes are so great, they can easily shatter bedrock and break through most defences with one hit.
Because the weapon is made out of Steel Sand, the shape can be whatever the user wants, and can even be changed during the fight. This allows the user to create the best weapon for the fight, by taking into account the opponent's abilities and the surrounding environment. Since the Steel Sand generates a strong magnetic field, the opponent cannot use any metal weapons or tools.

Description: This jutsu uses Steel Sand to create a gigantic sphere of branching spikes. The user creates two masses of Steel Sand with opposite polarities and then merges them together. This causes the magnetic forces to instantly increase and the repellent force created by the two opposing magnetic fields scatters the Steel Sand across a vast area. The Steel Sand spreads in spikes that branch off irregularly, making it almost impossible to get a clear overview of what is happening. This also makes evading the spikes nearly impossible. Even if the opponent has managed to evade getting hit, the Steel Sand spikes will have filled the entire surroundings, cutting off any escape routes. With the opponent trapped, the user is free to attack in person. These spikes are as strong as titanium and can the pattern can be manipulated as the user sees fit.

Description: This defensive technique is formed by Gaara to create a toy-like replica of the One-Tailed Shukaku that is roughly thrice the size of himself. Because the replica is formed under extreme pressure and is built of the strongest minerals it is virtually indestructible, having yet to be penetrated by any force. As the name of the technique implies, this is Gaara's ultimate defence.

Description: The Spear of Shukaku is the attack variant of the Shield of Shukaku. Like the shield, Gaara crushes the hardest materials from the ground, this time in the form of a halberd, in the shape of the Shukaku's hand. Just like the shield which has yet to find anything that could break its defence, the halberd has yet to find a defence that it can't break through.

Description: A peculiar ninjutsu of Gaara's. With chakra, he connects a sand-made eye to his optic nerve, which enables him to know what happens in the sand eye's field of vision. This is genuinely a third eye for its user. Gaara can control the size of the eye depending on its use. Its main purpose is spying, since it can form and disperse in any location on command. He also uses it while within his Sphere of Sand so he can see what's happening outside of the protective dome.

Description: This is very similar to the Iron Maiden attack in that it surrounds the opponent a full 360 degrees. This attack however, doesn't focus on needles; but instead focuses on creating razor thin saw blades that are 1m in diameter. The blades will spin with an insane amount of speed and then jab at the opponent repeatedly and twirl around him/her. This attack has yet to have a survivor due to the sheer speed, sharpness, and strength of the titanium hard steel saw-blades.

Description: A contact type (接触タイプ, Sesshoku Taipu) of sensing. By dispersing a significant quantity of specialized sand in a targeted area, the user is able to discern the presence of any enemy coming into direct contact with the sand in question. If this substance is spread upon appropriately textured and coloured terrain, it becomes almost impossible to detect by simply its appearance alone, aptly demonstrated when it managed to catch even the Second Tsuchikage off guard when the ability was introduced.

If he as met someone before, he can instantly know who it is just by the 'feeling' he gets from their Iron. This can also allow him to know if someone is moving and precisely where they are. This also applies to all other metals in the area as well.

Description: Sense Jishaku can even detect the Iron in the blood of his opponent, he can also rip it out of them if they are close enough (50m). Doing so will create internal and external wounds that will not clot and also will starve the body of oxygen. This is because the iron in your blood carries oxygen to the rest of the body. With no Iron... the body will suffocate and die. Also, your body doesn't produce Iron. You must ingest it, so this makes regeneration useless. If not dead from the wounds left by the extraction; it also will kill you another way. This will cause several symptoms in the following order: 1st post (too weak to stand), 2nd Post (Passed out), 3rd post (death, body will turn black due to the body suffocating from lack of oxygen to the body and also hyophilia due to blood not being able to clot due to no oxygen in the blood). This is one of Jishaku's most deadly attacks and has only been used once in his lifetime.

Description: After coming into physical contact with the opponent, the user raises their arm into the air, generating a powerful bolt of electricity which will travel through their body into the body of the opponent. This electricity is generated by the user and does not come from another source. This Jutsu shocks the opponent and if used in combination with water, could kill the opponent by stopping his/her heart.

Description: The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra in to lightning, then sending a powerful bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangle with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Description: Learned from a Kumo nin, lightning in the shape of a spear will shoot from the hand of the user, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This makes it nearly impossible to evade.

Description:This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.

Description: This is a ninjutsu developed by Sasuke Uchiha during his training with Orochimaru. By releasing the Chidori in every direction, an electrical discharge flows from the user's entire body allowing him to affect multiple enemies. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the Lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves," making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. This will also neutralize other lightning jutsu so long as they are not more powerful.

Description: This is one of many variations of the Chidori that uses shape transformation. It is specialized in more speed, by being transformed into countless sharp senbon, all aimed at the enemy. By increasing the amount of chakra used, the number of senbon also increases. It can become even more effective by using it together with the Sharingan, allowing the user to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.

Description: The original Chidori gained its power by shaping it into a form sufficient for an electrical discharge and using it together with the user's own "thrust". This technique uses Shape Transformation to form the original Chidori into a spear-shape, adapting it for mid-range attacks with a maximum range of 10 meters. Although it's less powerful than the Chidori, its increased range means there is less of a risk to the user. It also has the advantage of being able to be used for surprise attacks and capturing. When the enemy's body is pierced the user can alter the spear's shape into multiple additional blades increasing the number of wounds. The blade can also be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries.

Description: This technique allows the user to flow lightning chakra through any weapon. This makes it nearly unblockable as the radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, if an opponent is stabbed, their body goes numb due to an electrical current which causes the muscles to go stiff, making it impossible for the opponent to move. However, it can be countered by other weapons that also utilize chakra flow. The user can channel his lightning chakra into the blade with chakra flow, which will increase its sharpness greatly through high frequency vibrations, as well as increasing its cutting range. This would allow him to cut through almost anything, as well as numb the target who has been pierced by this lightning blade.

Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. Hayato can perform a substitution jutsu with this clone at any instant with a single one-handed seal.

Description: By wrapping his body in a layer of lightning chakra, the Fourth Raikage can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power. This armour, combined with taijutsu, allows A to utilize nintaijutsu. While using this technique his reflexes are comparable to that of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult, even for the Sharingan, to keep up with him. By combining this armour with the Body Flicker Technique, he can even dodge Sasuke's Amaterasu at a split second, as well as Jūgo's Cursed Seal Chakra Blast at point blank range. Despite the incredible speed given by the technique, A himself admits that Minato was still faster than him. The armour also increases his defense, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as even a direct Chidori from Sasuke was barely able to pierce his chest. In addition, the armour seems to increase his strength, though this could be part of his own natural abilities. In lieu of tailed beast chakra, the Raikage uses this lightning armour to empower himself when performing the Lariat, producing the same effects due to his high-powered chakra. This also augment's Jishaku's power of magnetism to where he can even repel the black flames of Amatsaru.

This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody

Name: Elemental Tattoo
Appearance: Looks like a regular elemental seal, except the size of a quarter.

Special Abilities: These seals are able to house any element Jishaku wishes. A long as it uses elemental chakra, he can seal it in them. When he is not in battle though, these seals are filled with his special Steel Sand (each seal containing the amount of one gourd of sand). If one seal is empty, he can use that seal. He can also catch elemental based attacks if he wishes, but it take a lot more chakra. Although Sealing an element takes only an E amount of chakra, Sealing an attack takes the same amount of chakra up into the attack. Releasing the seal takes no chakra at all though, and can even be done so in a split second.
Origin: These seals were put onto Jishaku by the previous Hokage (the good one before the bad one). Even though Jishaku developed this sealing method, the only other person that could make these was the Hokage.

Name: Cloak of the Sanin
Appearance: (look at pick at the hood and mask)

Special Abilities: This cloak as 2 seals (one behind the head and the other at the mouth) that protect the user from even the most powerful Genjutsu. Any Genjutsu below A ranked will simply have no effect. Any Genjutsu A-X ranked, will be lowered by 3 ranks.
Origin: Developed by Jishaku while under the Previous Hokage, Jishaku made this because he was never any good at getting out of Genjutsu. So he made this to protect himself.

Name: Chakra Sealing Purification
Appearance: (Look at Chari Pic. It is my belt buckle)

Special Abilities: This Seal has the ability to seal any amount of chakra and purify it. So any elemental chakra or even nature chakra will be converted into pure chakra for Jishaku to use. This happens automatically when Jishaku's sand absorbs chakra. This takes no chakra from himself.
Origin: Developed by Jishaku to better utilize his chakra absorbing abilities.

Name: Dark Sannin Armor
Appearance: (Look at my chakri pic)

Special Abilities: This armor is made from Titanium, but isn't special beyond that.
Origin: Designed by Jishaku and smithed by the blacksmith of the village of Konoha, this black armor is very telling of Jishaku's love of skulls and gothic clothing.

Name: Steel Sand
Appearance: (Looks like silver sand)

Special Abilities: Non by itself, but can be used as a medium for attacks through the use of magnetism. Can also be used as a medium to absorb chakra.
Origin: Jishaku realized quickly that he was special. He could manipulate metal around him and so when the Hokage found this out, he went researching. Working together from a very young age, Jishaku and the Hokage developed a technique that was similar to the 3rd Kazekage's (Jishaku's Ancestor) but instead of Iron sand, they used steel due to steel being much much harder.
